摘　　要：为增强工业新城发展中城市空间结构的适应性,提出了工业社区适应性空间单元的组织模式。在复杂适应系统理论的指导下,研究了该模式的理论、模型以及应用。提出了该模型的结构成分、组织逻辑和相关指标,其作为建设模块的工业新城将在不断的发展中保持恒新和活力。To be more adapted to industry- oriented new town development, the adaptive spatial unit of industry-oriented community as organizing pattern of urban spatial structure is put forward. Under the guidance of Complicated Adaptive System （CAS） theory, the theory, model and application of the adaptive spatial unit are studied out. A structural component, organizational logic and related parameters of the model are proposed. And the new town would be dynamic when the pattern is applied in the development process.
