摘 要:对25个高丛越橘,9个半高丛越橘品种和10个杂交后代的花青苷含量进行分析。结果表明,越橘品种花青苷含量在52.700~233.000 U·g-1FW之间,其中艾木蓝花青苷含量最高。高丛越橘品种平均为103.771 U·g-1FW,品种间的变异系数为29.48%,半高丛越橘品种平均为99.956 U·g-1FW,品种间的变异系数为19.64%。杂交后代类型的花青苷平均含量为135.860 U·g-1FW,高于高丛越橘和半高丛越橘平均值。对果实发育过程中花青苷含量变化进行分析显示,越橘果实花青苷主要存在于果皮中,粉色期是花青苷合成的主要时期,而50%蓝色期是越橘花青苷迅速合成期。The contents of anthocyanin in 25 highbush blueberry,9 half-highbush blueberry,and 10 blueberry hybrid progeny fruits were analyzed.The results showed that content of anthocyanin ranged from 52.700 to 233.000 U·g-1 FW,in which the content of Amblue anthocyanin was the highest.Average anthocyanin content of highbush blueberry and half-highbush blueberry was 103.771 and 99.956 U·g-1 FW,respectively.The coefficient of variation of anthocyanin contents was 29.48% between the highbush blueberry cultivars,and 19.64% between the half-highbush blueberry cultivars.Average anthocyanin content of hybrid progeny was 135.860 U·g-1 FW,which was higher than that of highbush blueberry and half-highbush blueberry.The change of anthocyanin content was detected during fruit development.The results showed that anthocyanin primarily lied in the skin for blueberry.Pink stage was the key syntheses stage and 50% blue stage was the rapid syntheses stage for blueberry.
