摘　　要：笔者回顾性总结分析了一年来使用带平衡液面功能的一次性精密过滤输液器的不良事件:过滤器或管路内有气泡;外圆锥或螺纹接头与静脉输液针脱开;螺纹接头开裂;输液不滴;输液速度过慢;滴斗内液面过低等。认为操作、护理人员应严格按照产品的使用说明,使用过程中减慢排气速度,加强巡视,及时发现及处理问题,以确保患者的输液安全。The author analyzed retrospectively the adverse events of disposable sophisticated filtering infusion sets with the function of balancing the liquid level over the past year, which included air bubbles within the filters or pipelines, outside cones or nipples tom off with the intravenous infusion needle, nipples cracking, non-dropping infusion, slow infusion speed, low liquid level in the drip bucket, etc. We suggest that the operator or the nurse should use the products strictly in accordance with the instructions, slow down the air-exhausting, and step up inspections, timely discover and deal with the problems in order to ensure the safety of patients.
