应用0.75% PVP-I溶液护理冲洗眼结膜囊治疗急性细菌性结膜炎

摘　　要：目的评价应用低浓度PVP-I(聚维酮碘)溶液护理冲洗眼结膜囊治疗急性细菌性结膜炎的疗效。方法急性细菌性结膜炎患者以0.75%的PVP-I溶液护理冲洗眼结膜囊,2次/日,持续7日。发现有毒副反应时即停药。记录发病起始和延续7日时的症状、体征和主要转归指标:眼结膜囊冲洗护理7日内的痊愈率及药物的耐受性。结果 124例患者完成护理冲洗疗程,其中双眼感染患者有86例(69.3%);分析每例患者的单侧眼。从发病起始到护理的平均时间为(2.6±1.32)日。0.75%的PVP-I溶液眼结膜囊护理冲洗7日的痊愈率为75.8%(95%可信区间64.7～84.6%)。77.4%的患者持续使用PVP-I冲洗护理至痊愈和(或)7日疗程结束。未发现有明显的毒副反应发生。结论使用0.75%的PVP-I溶液冲洗护理眼结膜囊患者耐受良好,75.8%的患者的眼部症状缓解。Objective We aimed to assess the therapeutic effect of conjunctival sac irrigation with low concentration PVP-I solution for acute bacterial conjunctivitis. Methods The patients with acute bacterial conjunctivitis were treated using conjunctival sac irrigation with low concentration PVP-I solution, twice daily and continued for 7days. The treatment finished when any side effect happened. The symptoms, signs from the onset and the continuing 7 days, and primary outcome index （full remission rate and drug tolerance for 7 days with conjunctival sac irrigation） were recorded. Results 124 patients finished nursing irrigation, with 86 patients having two eyes infections. The average time from onset to initiating nursing irrigation was （2.6± 1.32） days. The full remission rate nursing irrigation of conjunctival sac irrigation with 0.75% PVP-I solutions was 75.8% （95% confidence interval 64.7 - 84.6%）. 77.4% patients had full remission or continued using conjunctival sac irrigation with PVP-I solution for 7 days without obvious side effects. Conclusion The patients with conjunctival sac irrigation with 0.75% PVP-I solution have good tolerance, with 75.8% patients having remission of the symptoms of the eyes.
