现代医学模式在体外受精—胚胎移植中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨体外受精—胚胎移植与现代医学模式发展中的一些契合点,比如现代医学模式在移植中带来了什么新变化等等。方法选择在2010年1月到12月我院进行体外受精胚胎移植的妇女50例,随机分为A、B两组,A组25例采用现代医疗模式进行治疗护理一体化的临床实施过程,B组25例采用传统医疗模式进行治疗和护理观察。比较两组的妊娠率及流产率。结果两组妊娠率及流产率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论应用现代医学模式在体外受精—胚胎移植的患者中有着非常有效的作用,能够提高其妊娠率,减少其流产率。Objective To explore in vitro fertilization-embryos transplantation and the modem medical mode in the development of some means, such as what new changes the modem medical mode has brought in transplantation. Methods 50 cases of women for in vitro fertilization embryos from January to December 2010 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into A, B two groups, group A （ 25 cases） received the modem medical mode for treatment and clinical nursing integration process, group B （25 cases） received the traditional medical model for treatment and nursing observation, to compare the pregnancy rate and abortion rate between the two groups. Results The pregnancy rate and abortion rate were significantly different （P 〈0.05） between the two groups. Conclusion The modem medical mode applied in patients with in vitro fertilization and embryos transplantation has extremely effective function, which can improve the pregnancy rate and reduce the abortion rate.
