摘　　要：认为中创公司失败的根本原因在于我国风险投资机制及其赖以生存的环境不够完善。本文就目前如何健全我国的风险投资机制 ,为风险投资营造良好的外部环境提出了若干富有建设性的观点。Through a case study, this paper points out that the mechanism of venture capital investment in China is inperfect yet now, then gives some constructive suggestions on how to perfect China′s mechanism of venture capital investment , and how to build a good enviroment for venture capital investment.
