摘　　要：餐厨垃圾是资源性废弃物,如果能对其有效的回收利用,不仅节约资源又能保护环境。文中对石家庄餐厨垃圾回收利用现状进行了分析,指出存在的问题,在此基础上构建了餐厨垃圾逆向物流体系,从而促进餐厨垃圾的有效回收利用。It could not only save resources but also protect environment if the food waste can be utilized effective,which because of the characteristic of resources.This article analyzed the food waste current situation of recycling in Shijiazhuang then pointed out the existing problems,on the basis of these problems the paper established the reverse logistics system of food waste,which can promote the effective recycling of food waste.
