摘  要:采用双金属氰化物络合催化剂DMC(Zn3[Co(CN)6]2.xZnCl2.yH2O.zL(L代表有机配体)),进行低相对分子质量聚醚二元醇(DLL400)、邻苯二甲酸酐(PA)和环氧丙烷(PO)阴离子开环共聚反应,合成了PA-DLL400-PO共聚物,并探讨了共聚反应的机理。FTIR,1H NMR,13C NMR表征结果显示,PA-DLL400-PO共聚物为分子中含有醚基和酯基的端羟基聚醚酯;TG和DSC分析结果显示,PA-DLL400-PO共聚物的热稳定性随PA含量的增加而提高,即分子链中刚性链段(苯基)比例的增加有利于热稳定性的提高;玻璃化转变温度范围为-76~-23℃,且随PA含量的增加向高温方向移动。PA-DLL400-PO terpolymer was synthesized from polyether glycol with low relative molecular mass(DLL400),phthalic anhydride(PA) and propylene oxide(PO) through anionic ring-opening copolymerization with a bimetallic cyanide complex DMC(Zn3[Co(CN)6]2·xZnCl2·yH2O· zL(L stands for organic ligands)) as the catalyst,and the reaction mechanism of the copolymerization was investigated.The terpolymer was characterized by means of FTIR,1H NMR,13C NMR,TG and DSC.The results indicated that the terpolymer was poly(ether-ester) with hydroxyl-terminated structure,that its thermal stability was improved with the increase of PA content,which meant that the increase of phenyl rigid chains in the terpolymer was beneficial to heightening its thermal stability,and the glass transition temperature of the terpolymer was between-76℃ and-23℃ and would increase with the increase of PA content.
