准沸腾钢连铸坯的凝固组织和内部缺陷

摘　　要：对准沸腾钢连铸坯的低倍凝固组织和皮下气泡等内部低倍缺陷的形成原因和影响因素进行了试验研究 ,并提出了控制铸坯低倍凝固组织各带的形成和防止产生铸坯内部缺陷的具体措施。In this paper the formation mechanism and affecting factors of solidified structure and interior defect such as subcutaneous blowhole of quasi rimmed steel billet in continuously casting are analyzed through experiments.The measures to control the macrostructure and limit the formation of interior defects are suggested.
