摘 要:用硫酸浸取磷矿,通过改变工艺参数和实验条件,在不添加除氟剂的条件下,制备了低氟含量的饲料级磷酸氢钙。探讨了反应温度、反应时间、加酸量、静置时间、中和终点pH,搅拌转速等因素对产品中氟含量的影响。结果表明,在磷矿粉用量40 g的情况下,优化的工艺条件为:反应温度80℃,浓硫酸20 mL,反应时间3 h,静置时间2.5 h,中和终点pH 6.0,搅拌转速400 r/min。在此条件下制备出的磷酸氢钙中氟的质量分数至0.07%,低于0.18%的行业标准。Through adjusting process parameters and experimental conditions,feed-grade dicalcium phosphate with low fluorine content was prepared via leaching phosphate ore with sulfuric acid in the absence of any defluorinating agents.We investigated the influence of reaction time,temperature,acid amount,retention time,the final pH of titration and the shaking speed on the fluorine content in calcium hydrogen phosphate.The results showed the optimum conditions with dosage of phosphorite power was 40 g as follows: the reaction time was 3 h;the sulfuric acid amount was 20 mL;the reaction temperature was 80 ℃;the retaining time was 2.5 h;the shaking speed was 400 rpm and the final pH was 6.0.The percentage of fluorine in feed-grade calcium hydrogen phosphate was 0.07%,less than the industry standard 0.18% under the optimum conditions
