传质对超高碱度环烷酸钙反应过程及产品的影响

摘  要:对比分析了在碱度为400 mg/g(KOH表征)超高碱度环烷酸钙润滑油添加剂的合成过程中,采用釜式法鼓泡床反应器及超重力法旋转填充床反应器进行碳酸化反应过程中物料的传质效果的差异、应用效果;采用冷冻蚀刻电镜及激光粒度分析方法对合成产品的微观结构进行了的分析,对比了2种工艺的产品性能。结果表明,采用釜式法和超重力法的传质过程存在本质区别,与釜式工艺相比,超重力工艺条件下的反应时间缩短了55%,CO2利用率提高了14%,原料钙的利用率也提高了9%;釜式法产品CaCO3晶体粒径为5~80 nm且分布不均匀;超重力法为5~25 nm且分布集中、均匀,性能优异。Analyzed the different effects of mass transfer and application between the Kettle-type bubbling bed and HIGEE rotating packed bed reactor in the synthesis process of ultrahigh alkalinity calcium naphthenate as lubricating oil additive with the alkalinity was 400 mg/g(KOH characterization) comparative.Analyzed the product microstructure by freeze etching electron microscope and laser particle size analysis method,and then contrasted the product performance by the two kinds of technology.The results indicated that the processes of mass transfer were essential differences between the two processes.The reaction time in HIGEE process was shorter than Kettle-type method by 55%,and the usage rate of carbon dioxide and Ca(OH)2 increased by 14% and 9%.The product crystal partical size was 5~80 nm and uneven distribution by Kettle type,but the product crystal partical size was 5~25 nm and centralized distribution,uniformity,excellent performance by high HIGEE method.
