摘　　要：为满足客户对供电服务质量、多元化服务方式不断增长的要求,解决电网企业终端用户市场化的问题,适应智能电网整体发展的需要,研究利用SG186营销应用系统和用电信息采集系统,整合95598短信平台、营销GIS平台、智能工业园区和智能小区平台,运用计算机及网络技术,在调查用电服务需求的基础上深入研究智能用电服务需求,分析智能用电服务需求对原营销业务应用的影响,构建智能用电服务系统。向用电客户提供智能用电服务,支撑电力系统节能降耗,提升电网企业市场运营能力。To meet users＇ increasing needs of power supply quality of service and service diversification, to solve the issue of power enterprises end-user marketization and accommodate to the needs of smart grid overall development, this paper proposes a solution to construct an intelligent power consumption service system. On the basis of the investigation of end-users＇ power consumption requirement and analysis of its impact on the existing marketing business system, the proposed solution takes full advantage of the existing SG186 marketing system and electric energy data acquirement system, integrates 95598 SMS platform, marketing GIS platform, intelligent industrial parks and intelligent community platform, and uses computer and network technology to construct the system. The system is helpful to save energy consumptions and to improve grid enterprises marketing operation capacity.
