摘　　要：山东电力标清会议系统运行已近10年,存在产品老化、系统不稳定等问题。为了满足山东电力对电视会议系统不断提高的需求,信通中心研究了电视会议的新技术,确定采用H.323、H.264标准,组建了高清电视会议系统。系统部署为二级网络,配置2套MCU、2台电视会议终端,1号终端通过电力通信骨干网、2号终端通过信息数据网同时在线运行,互为备用。建成后,电视会议音视频效果明显改善,满足了山东电力对高质量高清晰电视会议的需要。It lasts almost 10 years for the operation of Shandong Electric Power Group Corporation standard-definition （SD） video conferencing system. Thus, the issues of product aging and system unstable are ongoing. In order to meet the increasing need of video conferencing system, information and communication centre studies a new video conferencing technology and builds a high-definition （HD） video conferencing system using the H.323 and H.264 standard. Its system deployment uses a two-class network, and configures two sets of MCU and two sets of video conferencing terminals. One terminal runs on the electric power communication backbone, as a hot standby, another terminal runs on information data network at the same time. The practice shows that the new video conferencing system is with a better video and audio effect, and can meet the need of high quality HD video conferencing.
