“收入分配——经济增长”的现代分析框架及中国收入分配改革的思考

摘　　要：笔者围绕"收入分配与经济增长"的关系及其互动机理,审视了"收入分配——经济增长"的经典分析框架与理论,在此基础上,从"收入—分配"的相互动态作用视角探讨了收入分配与经济增长之间的关系,并从实证角度分析了中国收入分配格局变动与演进。提出了一个以"收入一分配互动机理"为核心内容的分析框架与思路。最后结合转型时期中国收入分配与经济增长关系的现实状况,对重建中国收入分配与经济增长"互动关系"概括了几点结论,以期这一探索的不断深入和实现经济增长与收入分配的良性互动。Based on reviews of the classical analysis framework and theory, the paper centers on the relations and mechanism between income distribution and economic growth from the interactive perspective, giving an empirical analysis of the changes and evolution of the distribution pattern in China. It puts forward an analysis of framework with the ＂income-distribution interactive mechanism＂ as the core. Last but not least, it concludes with ways of reconstructing the interactive relations between income distribution and economic growth with a view to exploring it in depth and realizing the healthy interaction.
