摘　　要：湖南文化产业技能型人才的政策法规、培养和培训、薪酬结构、人才引进、人才管理和人才评价、职业资格认证等方面是出现人才"瓶颈"的症结所在,必须从以上几方面着手突破"瓶颈",以适应产业发展的需要。The skilled personnel in Hunan culture industry encounters bottlenecks in policies and regulations, fostering and training, salary structure, introduction of talents, talent management and evaluation, vocational qualification and certification. In order to adapt to the needs of industrial development, they must take suitable countermeasures to break these bottlenecks.
