摘　　要：针对漳平市当前处于大发展、大建设、大投资发展态势,提出了修编新一轮漳平市城乡规划思路。文章以"跳出规划、认识规划,土洋结合、做好规划,一以贯之、实施规划"为工作主轴,以"集约与紧凑、生态与绿色、宜居与宜业"为总体要求,以"城乡统筹、区域协调"为规划核心理念,以《城乡规划法》和新"土地分类标准"为规划主要依据,以期促进漳平市城乡规划从粗放向集约转型、从壮观向人性化转型、从城区向郊区转型。Guidelines of the urban and village further planning of Zhangp relation to the trend of the high development, high construction and high ing city are proposed with investments of Zhangping city. The work axis of stepping out of the planning, acknowledging the planning, combining the lo- cality with the actuality, making a consistent and well-designed planning, and implementing planning is focused. The general requirement of concise, eco-and green-based environment and dwell- ing-and-business friendly planning is adopted. The planning core concept of urban and village unified and coordinated planning is established. The basis of urban and village planning law and new land classification norm is taken. The purpose of the study is to advance the urban and village plan- ning of Zhangping city to more scientific planning, humane planning and outer-suburb planning.
