摘　　要：针对发动机散热器后期制造过程中返修率高 ,生产效率低的问题 ,设计了散热器焊装、喷漆生产线 ,该生产线结构先进实用 ,能耗低 ,效率高 ,生产环境好 ,投产后经一年的生产运行 。At the later stage of manufacturing process, engine radiators which must be sent back to repair were about 60% in some middle factories. The producing efficiency and economic benefit were very low. In order to guarantee the fitting up quality of radiators and rise their productivity, we had designed a new weldment and spray paint productive line of radiators. The general layout, productive technologies and main technical parameters were introduced. The fitting up line of radiators had put into production through one year. Productivity, product quality and economic in come had been greatly increased. Labouring intensity had been greatly decreased. The design and operation of new fitting up line was successful.
