摘 要:以水泥、累托石、粉煤灰、黄砂等作为固化材料对硫酸生产废水处理过程中产生的含砷石灰铁盐渣(砷渣)进行固化处理,同时研究了砷渣与累托石预先陈化对砷浸出的影响。确定砷渣固化的最佳物料配比为:ω(砷渣)=45%、ω(水泥)=35%、ω(累托石)=10%、ω(粉煤灰)=5%、ω(黄砂)=5%;陈化可以使砷的浸出浓度降低,陈化时间为2h时,固化后砷的浸出浓度低于国家限定值。The solidification of arsenic-containing solid waste produced from wastewater treatment of sulfuric acid production was studied by using cement,rectorite,fly ash and sand as solidification materials.The effect of aging time on the leaching of arsenic was also studied.The optimum solidification conditions were determined as follows:ω(arsenic-containing solid waste)=45%,ω(cement)=35%,ω(rectorite)=10%,ω(fly ash)=5%,ω(sand)=5%.The results showed that the leached concentration of arsenic decreased with aging time increasing.When arsenic-containing solid waste and rectorite aged for 2 h after stirred with water,the leached concentration of arsenic was lower than national standard after solidification.
