摘 要:运用沉淀法和反相乳液聚合法制备出具有较强荧光强度的氧化锌/聚丙烯酰胺复合纳米粒子。在包含有氧化锌纳米粒子的油包水反相乳液体系中,由过硫酸钾引发、以丙烯酰胺作为单体进行反相乳液聚合,聚合产物将氧化锌包覆并形成氧化锌/聚丙烯酰胺复合纳米粒子。对复合物煅烧后的得到氧化物粉末进行X射线衍射分析,对复合纳米粒子进行透射电子显微镜分析、动态光散射分析、荧光显微镜分析。获得的氧化锌/聚丙烯酰胺复合纳米粒子形状近似为球形,直径范围约为100-300nm之间,并且能够发出较强的绿色荧光。In this paper, we used methods of precipitation and inverse emulsion polymerization to obtain zinc oxide/polyacrylamide nano-composite particles with good fluorescence. In water-in-oil inverse emulsion system with zinc oxide nano- particles, we finished inverse emulsion polymerization of acrylamide via initiating by potassium peroxydisulfate. Zinc oxide nano-particles were encapsulated by polyacrylamide and zinc oxide/poly- acrylamide nanocomposite particles were formed. The obtained oxidizing material powder from calcined composite was characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. The nano-composite particles were characterized by transmission electron microscope analysis, dynamic scattering analysis and fluorescence microscopic analysis. The shape of obtained zinc oxide/ polyacrylamide nano-composite particles was approximately spherical. The size range of nano-composite particles was about 100 - 300nm and they issued green fluorescent.
