摘　　要：HXD3C型电力机车采用交流传动、微机网络控制等技术,具有列车供电功能,该车既可以满足我国重载货运牵引需求也可以满足我国客运牵引需求。文章主要介绍了该机车的牵引能力、主要技术参数等,对设备布置平台、电气系统平台、制动系统平台、走行系统平台、列车供电系统平台的构建进行了描述,并阐述了平台建立的原则等。Type HXD3C electric locomotive adopts AC drive and microcomputer control technologies, etc., with the function of train power supply. The locomotive can meet the need of heavy load freight transportation and fulfill the requirement of passenger transport in China. This paper mainly explains the traction characteristics and main technical parameters of the locomotive. It also describes the establishment of equipment arrangement platform, electric system platform, brake system platform, bogie system platform and train supply system platform, and illustrates the principle of platform establishment.
