摘 要:基于有限元方法对JD160型异步牵引电机转子、齿轮及轴承等关键核心结构,进行不同载荷工况下的强度分析,并结合该电机的工艺装配过程,研究装配参数过盈量对电机关键部件应力集中的影响。数值计算结果表明,电机在不同载荷工况的弯矩和扭矩以及单边磁拉力的交互作用下,齿轮贯穿孔、油槽边缘、倒锥前缘以及转轴肩等部位出现较高的应力集中,同时随着齿轮和转轴装配过盈量的增大,关键位置的应力基本成线性增大,不同位置的应力变化率不同。Strength analysis of rotor,gear wheels and bearing, which are the key components of type JD160 asynchronous traction motor, is carried out under the different load cases based on finite element method. In addition, the effects of the assembly parameter magnitude of interference on stress concentration of the key region of motor are investigated. The results indicate that the through hole of gear, the border of oil groove, the front of guide cone and the toe of shaft have significant stress concentration when the motor was applied on the bending, the torsion and the unilateral magnetic pull force under the different loading cases. Meanwhile, the stresses of key locations increase linearly with the increasing of the interference between the pinion and the shaft, Though there is different increasing rate for different location.
