摘　　要：文章主要介绍马来西亚动车组轮对工艺特点和难点,分析现有设备和工艺装备情况,并针对相关问题制订解决措施和质量控制的方法,通过优化的工艺方案实施达到了预期效果。This paper mainly presents the press mounting technology characteristics and difficulties of wheel set for Malaysia EMU ,and analyses the current situation of existing equipment and technical equipment. The solutions and quality control methods are put forward to solve the related problems.
