中国模式:存在与反思

摘　　要：改革开放以来中国取得了巨大经济成就。中国经济发展中以分权和激励为特征的制度基础,合法性追求下的政策逻辑,共同构成了中国模式的基本内涵。与西方模式对比,显示出中西模式在经济政策内容层面存在着诸多共识,过于强调价值观念的分歧只会妨碍我们对中国模式的反思。我们应该继续思考中国模式在政治体制等方面的缺陷,保持改革的勇气和信念,宽容面对政策的创新和变革,包容吸纳不同的改革建议,推动改革的继续深入。Following reform and opening up policy,China has made great economic achievements.The institutional foundation characterized by decentralization and incentive system and the policy logic closely associated with the pursuit of legitimacy constitute the essence of China Model.However,compared with Western Model,we find that there are many consensuses on the contents of economic policies between China Model and Western Model.So too much emphasis on the differences in ideologies and values will only impede our reflection on China Model.Thus,we should continue to rethink the problems of China Model in the political system and other aspects,tolerate policy innovation and different proposals,and keep the courage and faith to promote further reform.
