摘 要:随着我国建筑节能工作的进一步推进,节能65%标准逐步实施,外墙外保温技术存在的安全性、耐久性、开裂渗水等问题的显现,墙体自保温技术受到越来越大的关注。以无锡地区某栋典型住宅建筑为例,设计了加气混凝土、JN型烧结页岩空心砌块、陶粒混凝土空心砌块3种自保温系统方案和聚苯板+保温陶粒混凝土墙体外保温方案,采用BECS节能设计软件,对各方案能耗进行了计算,并进行了经济性分析。结果表明,与外墙外保温系统方案相比,外墙自保温系统方案不仅能够满足节能65%标准的要求,而且具有较好的经济性。With the further promotion to the energy conservation of buildings, implementation of energy-saving standard by "65%", and various difficulties about security, durability and leakage on the exterior walls, the self-insulation technique has been more and more con- cerned. A typical residential building in Wuxi is simulated for design and calculation to analyze some self-insulation schemes by BECS soft- ware. Three self-insulation schemes are designed, including aerated concrete, JN siutered shale hollow blocks and ceramic hollow concrete block, as well as the Polystyrene board + insulation - ceramic concrete wall. The results show that self-insulation scheme not only increase the effect of energy saving, but also have good economic benefits.
