摘 要:利用喷雾雾化粒度测量实验系统,对2种常用压力式喷嘴在受0.4m/s风流扰动前后不同水压、位置处的雾化粒度进行了测量.结果显示:风流扰动前后,喷雾雾化粒度随压力的增大、与喷嘴轴向距离的减小及与雾场轴向横截面中心距离的减小而减小;受风流扰动影响后,雾滴粒度总体有所增大,相对尺寸范围Δs平均值减小了0.06,但是,D10平均值减小了1.12%,粒径在23μm以下的雾滴有所增加,雾场轴向横截面中心处的雾滴粒度减小了6.38%~8.51%.根据实验结论,对掘进机外喷雾进行了改进,水压由2MPa增至8MPa,喷嘴距截割头的距离由1.55m移至1m,喷雾雾场轴向横截面中心正对着截割头与煤的结合部,结果表明:相对于改进前,掘进面全尘、呼尘分别平均降低了60.5%,62.8%.An experimental measurement of airflow disturbance to a spray of atomized particles is presented. Atomized particle size at the heading face was determined for two common pres- sure nozzles affected by 0.4 m/s airflow. It was observed that increased pressure, reduced axi- al distance from the nozzle, and reduced distance from the axial center line of the nozzle will cause the atomized droplet size to decrease. The airflow causes an overall increase in droplet size by less than 23 /μm. The average relative size range, As, is reduced by 0.06, the average D10 drops by 1.12%, and the size within the center of the spray field decreases by 6.38 to 8.51 percent in the presence of the airflow. This information was used to improve the road header external spray. The water pressure was increased from 2 MPa to 8 MPa, the nozzle distance to the cutting head was reduced from 1.55 to 1 meter, and the spray cross-section was faced to where the cutting head contacted the coal. Experimentally it was observed that the total and re- spirable dusts were reduced by 60.5 and 62.8 percent, respectively, at the heading face by im- plementing these changes.
