摘 要:悬索式管桥的管道在风险状态下受力会产生变形,而管道的变形与力学安全相关。以长庆油田的悬索式管桥为原型,建立了悬索式管桥的模拟试验系统,详细研究了管道内流体体积流量、外加集中载荷和吊索断裂3种因素对管道应变的影响。试验结果表明,在不同体积流量下,管道应变曲线的变化趋势是一致的。在一定载荷内,管道的应变随集中载荷的增大而增大,管道的应变曲线成类似于正弦波的形状,且周期无明显变化。管道的最大应变发生在集中载荷作用点处。隔组破坏5组吊索后,管道仍未发生严重变形,证明悬索式管桥具有较好的稳定性。Pipeline suspension bridges deforms when they undertake forces in the risk state, which is related to the mechanical safety of pipelines. In order to ensure safety operation of pipe- lines, deformation of pipelines should be carried out. Therefore, as a prototype from a pipeline suspension bridge of Changqing oil field, a simulation experiment system of the pipeline suspen- sion bridge was built, and strain factors of the pipeline suspension bridge was carried out. In the experiment, the effects of three factors (flow of the fluid in the pipeline, concentrated load and cable fracture) on the strain of the suspension bridge were analyzed in detail. The results show that the changing trends of the strain curves of the pipeline under different flows are similar. The strain of the pipeline increases with an increase of concentrated load. In a constant load, the strain curve of the pipeline is a cycle which is similar to the sine wave with no significant changes in the cycle. The maximum strain locates in the place where the concentrated load put on. After five groups of cables are damaged, the pipeline suspension bridge had no serious deformation. It shows the pipeline suspension bridge has good stability.
