摘 要:热交换器是能源利用的重要设备,针对高效低能耗热交换器的开发,一些研究提出对热交换器翅片进行开缝处理。利用FLUENT软件对4种四排圆弧型开缝翅片的传热性能和阻力特性进行了数值模拟,在速度变化较大范围内,得到了传热和阻力特性曲线,引入一个评判综合传热性能的强化传热准则。模拟结果表明,在速度较低时,圆弧型组合开缝翅片的综合换热性能较好;在速度较高时,开窄缝的圆弧型翅片综合换热性能较好。Heat exchanger is an changers with high efficiency and exchanger had been conducted by and the friction characteristics of important equipment of energy utilization. To develop heat ex- low energy consumption, slotting processing for the fins of heat some researchers in recent years. The heat transfer performance fins in four types with four-row arc-type slotted were studied numerically by FLUENT software. The heat transfer and friction factor correlation were obtained in a wide range of velocity, and an enhanced heat transfer criteria which judged the integrated performance of heat transfer was introduced in detail. Numerical simulation results show that the integrated heat transfer performance of the arc-type combined slotted fin is better when the speed is lower, the integrated heat transfer performance of the narrow slotted fin is better when the speed is higher.
