摘　　要：目的优选排石利胆颗粒的提取工艺。方法采用正交实验法,以芍药苷的提取率为提取工艺评价指标,考察加水量、提取次数、提取时间3个因素对提取工艺的影响。结果水提取工艺的最佳方案为加8倍量水,回流提取二次,每次1.5 h。结论提取工艺条件合理可行,适宜规模化生产。Objective To optimize the extraction technolgy of Paishilidan Grartules. Methods Orthogonal experiment method was adopted with extraction yield of peoniflorin as evaluation index of extraction technology. The influences of water, ex- traction times and time of extraction to the extraction technology were evaluated. Results The optimal conditions were 8 - fold water,refluxing and extracting twice with 1.5 h each time. Conclusion The extraction technology was rational and suitable for large - scale production.
