摘  要:目的观察神经节苷脂GM-1和丹红注射液对一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病患者认知功能的影响,并对其治疗机制加以探讨。方法将88例一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病病人随机分为治疗组(57例)和对照组(31例),两组均给高压氧每日一次及胞磷胆碱0.75 g每日一次静滴治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用神经节苷脂及丹红注射液每日一次静滴,14 d为一疗程。治疗前后检测MoCA,P300潜伏期作为评价患者认知功能的指标,检测双侧大脑中动脉阻力指数(RI),观察治疗前后脑血流动力学改变。结果两组治疗后MoCA均有显著提高,P300潜伏期均有明显缩短,RI均有显著下降,治疗后治疗组各指标改变较对照组更明显(P<0.01)。结论神经节苷脂和丹红注射液治疗一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病较传统治疗方法有更为显著的疗效。Objective To observe the clinic effect on cognitive function of Ganglioside GM - 1 and Danhong Injection in de- layed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning{ DEACMP} patients and discuss the therapic mechanism. Methods 88 patients with DEACMP were randomly divided into test group{57 cases)and control group(31 cases). The basic treatments of two groups were identical. Based on the basic treatments, the test group was treated with Ganglioside GM - 1 and Danhong In- jection for 14 days. The total scores of MoCA and the latency of P300 were measured in two groups before and after treatment. The resistent index(RI) of middle cerebral artery{ MCA) was detected and the change of cerebral hemodynamics was observed before and after treatment. Results MoCA had evident raise, the latency of P300 had obvious decurtation and the RI had significant de- crease after treatment in two groups. The improvements of all indices were more evident in test group than in control group(P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusions The therapy of Ganglioside GM - 1 combined with Danhong Injection had favourable effect on DEACMP.
