温州外来流动人口社会支持状况和提升对策研究

摘　　要：采用社会支持评定量表、人际信任量表和幸福感指数调查了温州580名外来流动人口的社会支持状况,研究了社会支持、人际信任和幸福感三者间的关系,结果表明:(1)流动人口社会支持网络规模较小;(2)在社会支持来源构成上,倾向于熟人支持;(3)有无休息日、有无签订劳动合同、外出打工年限和年龄等因素影响外来流动人口的社会支持利用度;(4)社会支持对人际信任与幸福感之间的关系存在一定调节作用.最后探讨了提高流动人口社会支持的对策.With social support scale,interpersonal trust scale and index of sense of happiness,social support conditions of 580 immigrated floating population in Wenzhou were investigated in terms of relationships among social support,interpersonal trust and sense of happiness.Results showed that： floating population has small social support network;as far as sources of social support is concerned,this population tend to get support from acquaintances;factors like granted day-off,signed labor contracts,length of working experience,and ages affect utilization of social support among the floating population;social support plays a regulatory role in the relationship between interpersonal trust and sense of happiness.Finally,countermeasures of improving the social support on the part of floating population were put forward.
