摘　　要："摆手舞"是土家族最具代表性的民族舞蹈.它是土家族生产劳动和祭祀文化的生动反映,体现了土家族自强自信的奋斗精神,同时发挥了凝聚人心和身份认同的重要作用.作为一种多元文化复合体,土家族摆手舞具有珍贵的民族历史价值、体育健身价值、娱乐休闲价值.Hands Waving Dance is the most typical folk dance of Tujia people.It is the vivid reflection of productive effort and sacrifices activities of Tujia people,reflects Tujia people’s fighting spirit of self-improvement and self-confident,and,at the same time,plays an important role in unifying public wills and identity acknowledging.Hands Waving Dance,as a carrier of multi-culture,has its precious national historical value,physical fitness value,and leisure and entertainment value.
