摘  要:合理的动态二冷配水能有效地提高铸坯质量,也是连铸过程中重要的控制环节。某钢厂由于过热度控制比较差,导致铸坯表面温度和凝固末端位置变化很大,影响铸坯质量。通过使用"等效拉速"和"凝固模型控制"相结合的方法,调整不同过热度情况下各个冷却分区的水量,保证在稳定的拉速,不同过热度的情况下,铸坯表面温度和凝固末端位置稳定。Reasonable dynamic secondary cooling water can improve the slab quality effectively, and it is also important to control the continuous casting process. Because superheat control is poor, the final position of surface temperature and solidification has been changed, so that the influence casting quality was affected. By using the methods of " equivalent speed" and "solidification model control", different districts of the cooling water with different super- heats were adjusted. So that the slab surface temperature and the solidification position stability were ensured to be stable under stable casting speed and different superheats.
