强肝丸联合大黄蛰虫丸治疗慢性乙型肝炎纤维化的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察强肝丸联合大黄蛰虫丸对慢性乙型肝炎纤维化的疗效。方法将73例慢性乙型肝炎纤维化患者分为2组。治疗组38例,服用强肝丸联合大黄蛰虫丸;对照组35例,单独服用大黄蛰虫丸。治疗前后检测肝功能及肝纤维化指标。结果 HA、LN、PCIII、IV-C及ALT、AST、TBIL的指标明显下降,而治疗组的白蛋白上升明显,2组治疗前后各项指标有显著性差异(P<0.05)。2组治疗前后肝、胆、脾B超形态学的指标改善亦存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论强肝丸联合大黄蛰虫丸对慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化具有明显的抗肝纤维化的作用,其疗效优于单用大黄蛰虫丸。Objective To observe therapeutic effect of the combination therapy of Qiang-gan-Pill and Da-huang-zhe-chong Pill in treating liver fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B. Methods 73 patients with hepatic fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B were divided into two groups, including therapeutic group （38 cases） and comparison group （35 cases）. The therapeutic group was treatment with Qiang-gan Pill and Dahuang-zhe-chong Pill, the other with Da-huang-zhe-chong Pill only. Before and after the treatment, the index of liver function and liver fibrosis were detected. Results HA LN PC III IV - C and ALT AST TBIL in therapeutic group were obviousy decreased in the control group. But Alb of therapeutic group was obviously increased. There was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05）. Before and after the treatment, there was significant difference that the index of liver, gallbladder and spleen morphology changes with ultrasonography of type B was improved between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion It is an effective medicine that therapeutic effect of combination thrapy of Qiang-gan Pill and Dahuang-zhe-chong Pill in treating liver fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B than Da-huang-zhe-chong Pill only.
