摘　　要：根据无底柱分段崩落法的特点,从采场的结构参数、采准切割巷道的布置、覆盖岩层、施工质量、地质条件、放矿管理等方面分析了矿石损失贫化的原因,提出了提高采矿管理水平,降低损失贫化的对策,可为类似矿山提供参考。According to properties of pillarless sublevel caving,the factors such as stope＇s structural parameters,arrangement of preparation cutting heading,cover rock state,construction quality,geological conditions,and ore withdrawal management are analyzed to find out the reasons for ore loss depletion.The measures of improving mining management level to reduce ore loss depletion are recommended which are referential for mining activities in similar mines.
