摘　　要：对苏州地区别墅建筑中常用的中央空调系统形式及存在问题进行分析,针对3种空气源热泵的空调系统共同存在的本质问题,提出地源热泵系统解决方案,讨论地源热泵的形式、特点,分析在苏州地区别墅建筑中使用大地耦合式地源热泵的可行性,并在实际的工程实例中论证地源热泵系统在苏州及周边地区别墅建筑中的应用前景。Three kinds of central air conditioning systemsare commonly used in Suzhou villa construction.Their problems were discussed.According to the nature of problems co-existing in air-source heat pump air-conditioning systems,ground-sourceheat pumpsystem as a solution is proposed.The forms and characteristics of ground-source heat pump system were introduced.The feasibility of ground-source heat pump system in Suzhou Villa was analyzed in an engineeringapplication case.Good project of development and utilization of ground-source heat pump system invilla constructionin Suzhou and the surrounding areas was brought forward.
