波依定治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察波依定治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法:将来本院接受原发性高血压治疗的240例患者随机分成治疗组(80例)、常规治疗对照A组(80例)和常规治疗对照B组(80例)。治疗组患者服用波依定;常规治疗对照A组患者服用尼群地平;常规治疗对照B组服用络活喜,比较三组患者的疗效。结果:治疗组一个疗程后,患者血压有极明显的下降(P<0.01),有效率达到100%;对照A组患者血压有极明显的下降(P<0.01),有效率达到100%;对照B组有明显下降(P<0.05),有效率98.8%。治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照A组。结论:波依定治疗原发性高血压治愈率高,是一种方便易行、效果显著、副作用小和不良反应少的治疗方法。Objective：To observe effect of plendil in treatment of primary hypertension.Methods： 240 patients with essential hypertension randomly divided into treatment group （ 80 cases）, conventional treatment control group A （80 cases） and conventional treatment control group B（80 cases）. The treatment group patients taking plendil ; conventional treatment control group A patients taking nitrendipine ; conventional treatment control group B taking Tongxinluo station Hi, compared three groups of patients.Results：The experimental group after one course of treatment, patients＇ blood pressure significantly decreased（P〈0.01）, efficiency is up to 100% ; the control group A, blood pressure significantly decreased（P〈0.01）, efficiency is up to 100% ; compared with B group had significantly decreased （P〈0.05）, with an efficiency of 98.8%. The experimental group of adverse reaction ratio is lower than the control group A.Conclusion：Plendil has a high cure rate in treatment of primary hypertension, is convenient, effective, less side effect and less adverse reaction.
