摘　　要：三峡有丰富的盐业水利和航运水利,而三峡之西有举世瞩目的都江堰农业水利,在都江堰农业水利和峡江航运水利共同作用下,造就了"天府之国"的形成,也提升了巴蜀在长江流域的政治、经济、文化地位。鉴于此,古代政府非常重视三峡地区的航运管理,有独特的水运驿站和救生红船制度。The Three Gorges area is rich in both salt and shipping water conservancy,and in the west is famous Dujiang Dam agricultural water conservancy,combined with which the XiaJiang shipping water conservancy contributes to the forming of the Land of Abundance,and improves the political,economic and cultural status of Bashu in Yangtze river.For those reasons,the ancient government attached great importance to the shipping management of Three Gorges areas,and had a unique water transportation post and lifesaving red boat system.
