论弘扬民族文化在推动地方社会发展中的作用——以三都水族自治县抢救与保护水族文化遗产为例

摘　　要：文化是一个民族的灵魂,是维系一个民族和谐共处、实现民族团结进步的重要纽带,也是决定这个民族繁荣与否的关键。贵州省三都水族自治县近年来抓住抢救和保护水族传统文化的契机,在通过政府行为去大力开展传承与弘扬民族传统文化的过程中,逐步取得了"文化搭台、经济唱戏"的显著成效。本文就三都水族自治县政府如何结合当地的文化资源优势去获取社会效应和文化保护的效果进行分析和探讨。Culture is the soul of a nation as well as an important link to realize the unity and progress among different nations.What's more,it is also a key element which can decide whether a nation can achieve prosperity.Recently,a notable effect has been achieved by the government of Sandu Shui Autonomous County in the process of inheriting and promoting the Shui culture.The government uses the way of 'culture as a platform and economic singing' to inherit and expand the ethnic traditional culture.The paper aims to make an exploratory analysis of how the Sandu Shui Autonomous County government achieved social development and cultural protection by utilizing local cultural resources superiority.
