摘　　要：Cre/lox位点特异重组系统是植物基因工程中的重要工具,利用其可以在转基因植物中对目的基因实现精确删除和定点整合。概述Cre/lox系统的基本结构及作用方式,并以基因删除和定点整合为重点,详细介绍该系统在这两方面的应用。Cre/lox site-specific recombination system is an important tool of plant genetic engineering, and can be applied in precise excision and site-specific integration of the interest gene in transgenic plants. This review focused on the basic structure, mode of action, and the application especial in gene excision and site-specific integration of the Cre/lox system.
