摘 要:目的探讨家族遗传因素对过敏性紫癜(HSP)发病的影响。方法回顾安徽医科大学第一附属医院儿科2004年1月-2010年12月所有住院HSP患儿的住院病历,对其中5个家族11个同胞亲属先后患HSP的临床资料进行分析。结果 (1)2004年1月-2010年12月收住院HSP患儿1 520例,其中有5个家族11个同胞亲属先后患HSP;(2)5个家族中3个家族为同胞兄弟姐妹先后患病,另2个家族5个患儿为表兄弟;(3)同胞亲属先后发病的间隔时间最短1周,最长3 a;(4)11个先后患病的同胞亲属经治疗病情均得到有效控制;随访1~6 a,其中1例症状复发3次,2例症状分别复发1次,经再次治疗病情缓解,现全部病例病情均处于完全缓解中。结论儿童HSP有家族集聚发病倾向,遗传因素可能在HSP发病中起重要作用。Objective To investigate the family genetic factors of Henoeh - Schoniein purpura(HSP). Methods Familial cases of HSP were studied by reviewing the medical records of the patients with HSP who were treated in Department of Pediatrics,the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University, from Jan. 2004 to Dec. 2010, and the clinical manifestations of 11 cases in 5 families were analyzed. Results ( 1 ) Eleven familial cases of HSP in 5 families of 1 520 patients who were treated in our hospital between Jan. 2004 and Dec. 2010. ( 2 ) HSP occurred in siblings of 3 families and in cousins of an other 2 families. (3)Five pairs of patients developed HSP between 1 week and 3 years. (4) Eleven familial cases of HSP had been effectively controlled after treatment. During 1 to 6 years follow - up, 1 case was recurrent 3 times and 2 cases were recurrent once, and remission was achieved again after retreatment. Now all cases were in complete remission. Conclusions HSP incidence has the familial clustering tendency, and genetic factors may play an important role.
