摘  要:针对兰州石化公司20×104t/a高压聚乙烯生产用ACS1000中压变频器水冷系统的纯水精制剂严重老化、精制纯水能力明显下降、冷却降温效果越来越差等问题,复配出了高效纯水精制剂,并设计制作了三级纯水精制反应器,开发出了一套变频器水冷技术。两年的工业运行结果表明,该技术较ABB水冷技术的纯水精制效率提高了50%,冷却效率提高了40%,系统稳定运行期间,冷却水电导率在0.08~0.14μS/cm之间,各项指标均优于ABB技术。该技术成功替代了ABB公司技术,并填补了国内该领域的技术空白。There were problems with the water-cooling system of ACS1000 medium voltage con- verter for 20 ×10^4t/a high pressure polyethylene production in the Lanzhou Petrochemical Company. They included severe aging of the water purification agent, decrease in water purification capacity and poor cooling effect. To solve the problems, an effective water purification agent was prepared, a three- stage water purification reactor was designed, and a water cooling technology for the converter was devel- oped. The industrial operation results for two years showed that the water purification efficiency and the cooling efficiency of the proposed technology were respectively 50% and 40% more than those of ABB technology. During the steady state operation of the system, the cooling water conductivity was 0.08 to 0.14 μS/cm, and the indicators confirmed its strong performance.
