摘 要:催化剂捆扎包是在催化精馏装置反应段中应用广泛的装填方式。建立了催化剂包微观传质数学模型,研究了催化剂包中的反应物、产物的质量传递和反应过程,考察了催化剂包尺寸、反应温度以及液相主体浓度对传质效率和催化剂利用率的影响,为催化剂包结构和尺寸的优化提供了依据。结果表明:催化剂包单元半径对其传质效率有显著的影响,因此应尽可能减少催化剂包单元的半径;反应温度高,对反应有利,但会降低催化剂包的传质效率;反应精馏塔中反应段轴向不同位置的催化剂利用率差别比较大。The catalyst bales are a widely used loading mode in the reaction section of the catalytic distillation unit. The mathematical microscopic mass transfer model of the catalyst bales has been established, and besides, both of the reaction process and the mass transfer process of the reactants and the products have been researched, and the influence of the catalyst bale size, the reaction temperature and the main concentration of the liquid phase on the mass transfer efficiency and the catalyst utilization have also been investigated, which provide a solid ground for the optimization of the structure and the size of the catalyst bales. The results shows that the radius of the catalyst bales has a significant impact on its mass transfer efficiency, so it should be reduced as much as possible; the higher reaction temperature will generate negative result on the mass transfer efficiency, though it is positive to the reaction. The great discrepancy of the catalyst utilization along the axial direction of the reaction section of the distillation tower has also been observed.
