感冒软胶囊中葛根素的含量测定及其制剂分析

摘　　要：目的:应用HPLC法测定感冒软胶囊中葛根素的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法;色谱柱:美国戴安公司C18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水-0.1%醋酸(30:70),流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:250nm;进样量:5μL。结果:葛根素在0.2-1.4μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,其回归方程为y=192235x+26939,r=0.9978;平均回收率为102.0%,RSD为1.82%(n=6)。结论:本法快速简便,准确,重现性好。Objective：HPLC method for the determination of puerarin in a cold soft capsule content.Methods：using high performance liquid chromatography;column：Dionex Corporation U.S.C18 column（4.6mm × 150mm,5μm）;mobile phase：methanol-water-0.1% acetic acid（30：70）flow rate：1.0mL /min;detection wavelength：250 nm;injection volume：5μL.Results：puerarin was within the range of 0.2-1.4μg good linear relationship between peak area,and the regression equation was y = 192235x ＋ 26939,r = 0.9978;The average recovery was 102.0%,RSD was 1.82%（n = 6）.Conclusion：This method is quick and easy,accurate and reproducible.
