摘 要:以低品位膨润土为主要原料,研制出一种新型高效复合解凝剂。通过X射线衍射分析(XRD)、Zeta电位、流动度、触变性分析等检测手段,探讨了解凝剂种类、用量、泥浆含水率等因素对低品位膨润土陶瓷泥浆性能的影响。结果表明复合解凝剂的组成为三聚磷酸钠、焦磷酸钠、草酸钠,其质量比为1∶2∶2,最佳剂量为0.50%,在含水率为60%的条件下,采用复合解凝剂,泥浆流动度可控制在28 s以内,且泥浆具有良好的稳定性。Using low-grade bentonite as the main material and based on the theory analysis of static electricity effect, stereo-hindrance effect and complex effects, a new advanced organic compound deflocculant was prepared. The influence of defloccnlant, solid content and milling time on slurry properties were analyzed by XRD, Zeta potential analysis methods and so on. The results show that the main components of the new advanced deflocculant are sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium pyrophosphate, and sodium oxalate. When the mass ratio is 1 : 2 : 2, the dosage is 0.50%, and the water content achieves 60%, the deflocculant having the best properties can be obtained, the fluidity of ceramic slurry is less than 28 s and the slurry has good stablitity.
