摘 要:以广西宁明膨润土为原料,壳聚糖和聚羟基铁离子为改性剂,制备了聚羟基铁-壳聚糖改性膨润土并应用于缫丝废水的处理,考察了缫丝废水CODCr去除率的影响因素。结果表明:在温度为25℃,废水pH值为6.3,改性膨润土投加量为0.85 g/L,快速搅拌速度为300 r/min、搅拌时间为1 min;慢速搅拌速度为80 r/min,搅拌时间为10 min,沉降时间为15 min的条件下,聚羟基铁-壳聚糖改性膨润土对缫丝废水CODCr的去除率可达90.56%。与钠化膨润土相比,聚羟基铁-壳聚糖改性膨润土对缫丝废水的处理能力显著提高。Polyhydroxyl iron-chitosan modified bentonite was prepared using a bentonite, from Ningmin of Guangxi as raw material, polyhydroxyl iron and chitosan as modifier, which was used for treating filature wastewater. The effect on removal ratio of CODcr was studied. The results show that the removal ratio of CODcr could achieve 90.56% under the following conditions: the temperature is 25℃, the pH value of the wastewater is 6.3, the dosage of modified bentonite is 0.85 g/L, fast stirring at the speed of 300 r/min for lmin and slow stirring at the speed of 80 r/min for 10 rain, and sedimentation time is 15 min. Compared with Na-bentonite, the processing capacity of modified bentonite greatly enhanced in filature wastewater.
