摘　　要：目的:总结鼻内镜下治疗鼻腔深部出血的临床经验。方法:对54例非外伤前鼻镜检查未见出血点的鼻出血患者,经鼻内镜检查,通过填塞、微波、电凝等方法止血。结果:54例均达到满意效果,随访3～6个月,未见复发者。结论:鼻内镜下深部鼻出血的治疗具有视野清楚、检查出血部位准确、止血及时,疗效肯定。Objective： To summarize the clinical experiences of treatment for deep site epistaxis with nasal endoscopy. Methods： Fiftyfour cases with deep site epistaxis,who were no hemorrhagic spots,were treated with filling, microwave and electric coagulation to stop bleeding. Results：The treatment effects of 54 cases were good. There were no recurrent patients after following-up 3 to 6 months. Conclusions：The way of treatment for deep site epistaxis with nasal endoscopy is location accuracy,hemostatic timely,minimal invasion and efficacy sure.
