摘　　要：糖尿病肾病是糖尿病的常见并发症,也是引起终末期肾病的最主要因素。其发生发展过程可能涉及多种机制,故需经多途径治疗。综述导致糖尿病肾病进展的可能机制及药物控制的可能途径,为进行基础研究、新药研发以及阻止糖尿病肾病的恶化提供依据。The diabetic nephropathy is a common complication of diabetes,and it is also the most important cause of end-stage renal disease.Its development may involve multiple mechanisms,therefore,it needs a treatment through various ways.The possible mechanism leading to the progress of diabetic nephropathy and the approaches of drug therapy were reviewed,providing a basis for conducting the basic research,developing new drugs and preventing the diabetic nephropathy from deteriorating into end-stage renal disease.
