基于多级库存管理的电网运维物资库存管控策略研究

摘　　要：针对电网运维物资构建单级库存系统和多级库存系统下的库存水平和库存周转率数学模型,研究多级库存思想在电网运维物资库存管控中的可行性和应用效果。最后,通过实际案例研究显示多级库存能够有效降低运维物资的库存水平,提高库存周转率。The paper studies the feasibility and effect of multi-echelon inventory in the management of power grid maintenance materials and then in a case study demonstrates that the multi-layered structure can effectively reduce the inventory level of the maintenance materials and increase its turnover rate.
