外用溃疡散与湿润烧伤膏治疗皮肤溃疡的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:采用外用溃疡散及湿润烧伤膏治疗80例皮肤溃疡患者,并观察其疗效及安全性。方法:治疗组40例,给予外用溃疡散治疗,与采用湿润烧伤膏治疗的40例进行疗效比较,疗程2月,观察2组治疗2月后的疗效及安全性。结果:治疗2月后,两组总疗效无明显差异,但是血液循环欠佳的治疗组疗效优于对照组,两组均未发现严重不良反应。结论:外用溃疡散治疗血液循环欠佳的疗效优于湿润烧伤膏,无明显副作用,值得推广。Objective： To observe the effects and Safety Analysis of 80 patients were diagnosed with skin ulcer in the treatment with waiyong kuiyang san and moist burn ointment. Methods：40 patients of the curing group were given waiyong kuiyang san,40 patients of the control group were given moist burn ointment, evaluated curative effects and Safety Analysis according to cure rates after treatment 2 months. Results： After 2 months treatment, the effects of two groups had no significant difference, but the effects of patients without good blood circulation the treatment group were better than those of the control group. It had no severe untoward effect in both groups during the course of the treatment. Conclusion： The effect of waiyong kuiyang san was better than moist burn ointment to patients with skin ulcer without good blood circulation, and no severe untoward effect. It is worthy of expanding to clinical treatment.
