摘　　要：目的:探讨经改良Stoppa入路对髋臼骨折行手术治疗及手术效果评价。方法:对我院2009年1月～2011年1月收治的部分髋臼骨折患者行Stoppa入路手术切开复位内固定及相应的术后治疗,统计手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、骨折复位情况、术后功能恢复状态及并发症的情况。结果:9例患者影像学检查:满意复位7例,2例复位不满意;功能评估:优6例、良2例、差1例,未出现延迟愈合、畸形愈合、深静脉血栓等并发症。结论:经改良Stoppa入路治疗髋臼骨折,入路简单安全,可缩短手术时间、创伤小,复位固定满意。Objective： To explore the surgical treatment and results of operations evaluation of acetabular fractures through modified Stoppa approach. Methods： Analysed outcomes of modified stoppa approach for open reduction and internal fixation in 12 consecutive patients with acetabular fractures.Results：An of patients did not appear delayed union, malunion, deep vein thrombosis and other complications. Imaging studies： satisfactory reduction of 10 cases, two cases of unsatisfactory reduction. Functional assessment： excellent in 8 cases, good in 3 cases and poor in one case. Conclusion： Modified Stoppa approach in the treatment of acetabular fractures, the approach is simple and safe, and may shorten the operative time, less invasive reduction and fixation of satisfaction.
